All projects submitted to the fair should:

• Show evidence of the use of research methodology (the archives, other cultural institutions and field research)
• Include the following: photographs, interviews, diagrams, maps, statistics, etc depending on the content of the project
• Have a high standard of language accuracy in any of the three national languages in both oral and written form
• All projects will be judged by a panel of people who have a particular interest in the promotion of Seychelles history
